This was a commission for a member of my CoH SG; Legion of Valor. He's an ice controller, hence all the coolness. It was really fun to work on although it took me over 3 weeks. I like how the scarf/cape and face came out. Full view recommended and feedback is welcome.

Thanks! I wish I could get the background noise of a cold wind blowing or maybe the sound effects from the movie The Day After Tomorrow. You know, some ice cracking or freezing really fast.
